Mind Body and Soles was created by us, Russell and Sophie — a husband-and-wife team with a shared belief that activewear should do more than simply look good. It should help women feel comfortable, confident and ready to move through life in their own way.
We are also parents to two boys and proud owners of Lottie, our much-loved family dog. Like many families, our days are busy, imperfect and constantly moving. That real-life experience has shaped the kind of brand we want Mind Body and Soles to be: encouraging, relatable and genuinely supportive.
We understand that movement does not always mean an intense workout. It can be a walk with the dog, a quiet stretch, time spent outdoors, a fresh start after a difficult week or simply choosing to do something positive for yourself.
Wellbeing at the Heart of Our Story
Sophie brings more than 15 years of experience in health and wellbeing to Mind Body and Soles through her work as a reflexologist and aromatherapist.
Throughout that time, she has supported women in making space for rest, balance and self-care. She has seen first-hand how confidence, movement, recovery and emotional wellbeing can all influence the way we feel.
That experience sits at the heart of our brand.
We believe that feeling strong is not only about physical performance. Strength can also be found in slowing down when you need to, protecting your wellbeing, rebuilding your confidence and learning to appreciate your own journey without comparing it with somebody else’s.
Why We Created Mind Body and Soles
We wanted to create something more personal than a typical activewear store.
