Thank you for shopping with Mind Body and Soles. As a dropshipping business, we work with trusted third-party suppliers to deliver products directly to you. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important Information About Dropshipping
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers:

Delivery times may vary depending on location

Returned items may need to be sent to a supplier warehouse, which may be located outside your country

We cannot offer instant exchanges
None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions (EU/UK)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

US & Other International Customers – Returns
For customers outside the EU/UK, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Do not send items back without authorization, as they may be lost or rejected by our suppliers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, plus additional time depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once access or download has begun, unless required by law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU, UK, or US consumer protection laws.
