Shipping Overview (Dropshipping)

Mind Body and Soles operates as a dropshipping business, meaning products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers to you. As a result:

  • Shipping times may vary by product and destination

  • Orders may be shipped from international warehouses

  • Multiple items in one order may arrive separately

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–5 business days] after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Costs

  • Included in the product price (if free shipping is offered)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority

  • Mind Body and Soles is not responsible for customs fees or delays

EU & UK customers will not be charged additional customs fees where VAT is collected at checkout, where applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sophie@mindbodyandsoles.com.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
